Information in your diary
FluidTracker lets you enter fluid intake, urine output, optional weight, blood pressure, pulse and temperature, notes, dates, times, units and diary preferences. This information is stored in the app’s private storage on your device. The app works without an account. iPhone diary use does not require internet access. Android recording requires periodic internet verification. The iOS widget receives only your selected display language, not diary records or notes.
FluidTracker does not automatically send your diary to us, sell your personal information, show advertising or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It uses your device’s language, region, date, time and timezone settings. It does not request precise location.
Android verification
Your diary stays on your phone. Android sends the release ID, public app certificate fingerprint and a fresh random code to our verification service at verify.fluidtracker.app. No diary records or stable device identifier are sent. Cloudflare processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the service. Application request logging is disabled.
Android needs internet access on first use and at least once every 30 days. If verification is overdue or the release has expired, you can still view and export your records and save backups.
Reports and backups you choose to share
You can export a report or backup. These files may contain health details and notes. You choose where to save or send them; FluidTracker does not receive a copy. A recipient or storage provider handles its own copy under its own privacy practices.
Standard backup files have no extra FluidTracker password. Save them somewhere you trust. FluidTracker does not automatically back up your diary to the cloud. To recover it after losing your phone, save a manual backup somewhere you can access from another device. Files you export manually remain wherever you choose to save them.
Retention and deletion
Your diary stays on your device until you delete records or remove the app and its local data. Restoring a backup keeps a local recovery copy of the previous diary. Deleting a record from the active diary does not erase an earlier recovery copy or an exported file.
We cannot view, recover or delete a diary that never leaves your device. To remove all local FluidTracker copies, remove the app and its data. Delete exported files separately in the app or service where you saved them.
Support messages and other services
If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to [email protected] to our support Gmail inbox. We use them to answer your request, not for advertising. We delete support emails and attachments within 90 days after resolving the request, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. You can request access, correction or deletion through that address, subject to any legal retention duties. Please leave out diary files or medical details unless they are needed for your request.
Apple, Google, your device and any storage provider you choose may handle store, device-transfer, diagnostic or exported-file information under their own terms and settings. FluidTracker is intended for adults and caregivers, not children.
Security and changes
FluidTracker relies on your device operating system’s app protection. Protect access to your phone and exported files. No storage method is completely secure.
