Ai Lim Mai helps you collect drink orders. Your saved orders are kept on your phone. The app also uses Google AdMob to show banner ads. Advertising services handle some device and usage information separately from your saved orders.

Information saved on your phone

You can enter people's names, drinks, quantities, drink preferences, usual drinks, payer names and round notes. The app also saves completed rounds, dates, times, language and appearance settings. You do not need an account.

This information is saved in the app's local storage so you can continue an order and view History. The app does not automatically upload your saved names, drink lists or notes to us. The app code does not pass these details to the advertising SDK.

Earlier app versions may have saved personal phrases and audio recordings. If these files are present, they remain in local storage. The current drink selection flow does not need speech recording. Your phone's backup, restore or device transfer services may handle app data under their own settings and privacy rules.

Advertising and other services

Ai Lim Mai uses Google's Mobile Ads SDK to request banner ads. The app requests non-personalised ads. This does not mean that the advertising service collects no data.

Google's SDK may collect an IP address, device identifiers, information about ads viewed or used, app interactions, crash information and performance information. An IP address may indicate a general location. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. The app does not request precise GPS location for ordering.

Google handles information sent to its services under its own privacy practices. See Google's privacy policy, advertising privacy information and Mobile Ads SDK disclosure guide. Ad settings and available privacy controls can affect how information is used.

Apple, Google and any app or storage service you choose may also handle store, device, diagnostic or shared-file information under their own terms and settings.

You choose whether to enter names, a payer or round notes. You can use drink quantities without naming each person.

When you share a list from History, you choose the recipient or app. The shared text includes the drink list and may include people's names and a round note. Check it before sending. The recipient handles its copy under its own privacy practices. We do not receive a copy unless you choose to send it to us.

You can manage available advertising and tracking choices in your phone's privacy settings and Google's privacy controls. If the app presents a privacy message, read the choices before deciding. Contact us if you need help with a privacy choice or request. Removing the app stops future advertising requests from that installed copy.

Keeping and removing information

Saved orders, people, usual drinks, preferences and any earlier recordings remain on your phone while the app keeps them. Changing or removing an active order does not necessarily remove earlier History or local recovery copies.

To remove the app's local information, delete the app and its data from your phone. Offloading an iPhone app may keep its data. Copies in a phone backup or a list you shared must be removed separately through the relevant provider or recipient. We cannot view, recover or remotely delete order data that has never been sent to us.

Google and other providers control retention and deletion of information held by their services. Their privacy policies explain available controls and requests. You can also contact us about information we hold.

Contacting us and visiting this page

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to our support Gmail inbox. We use them to answer your request, not to advertise to you. We delete support emails and attachments within 90 days after resolving the request, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold through that email address. Please include Ai Lim Mai in your message and leave out other people's details unless they are needed for your request.

This page is hosted on the FluidTracker website. Cloudflare and the hosting service may process connection information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website. Visiting this page does not give us access to orders stored on your phone. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Ai Lim Mai uses your phone's app storage protection. Protect access to your phone and shared lists. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
